Beauty Nails

Do you want to have beautiful nails and clean? That is easy. You do not need to go to salon.

What you need is to spare some times at home to treat your nails, hands and feet to keep them clean and healthy.

Manicure

Before doing manicure, nails should be cleaned either from dirt or old nail color. How? It is simple.  Take some cotton and water it with special liquid for cleaning nail color.  Clean the surface of your nails  using the cotton and then wash them using warm water and soap. To form your nail, use nail file. How to do it? By moving the nail file from one edge to another in one direction. Do not move the nail file in two directions because that way will damage your nail, easily spilt or brittle. Besides that, avoid to file your nails too deep for it may cause your nails get infection.

Then, after forming your nail, put your fingers into a bowl filled with warm water mixed  with essential oil to smoothen your fingers. After that dry with hand towel. Slowly, push cartilage using special tool for doing this. Do it softly and slowly to avoid injury. If you do not want to color your nail, just put transparant nail polish. Simple and practice, isn,t it?  This treatment is good to do twice in a month to keep your nail healthy and beautiful.

Pedicure

Just as finger nail,  feet nail is also important and the treatment is nearly similar with the treatment of your finger  nail. What you need to do? Prepare things as, nail color remover, cotton, nail file, stick for removing cartilage, nail cutter, transparent nail color and the polish.  Specially for feet, you will need separator used for each finger to help the process easier done.

For dry and brittle feet finger,  you would better put your feet for about 30 minutes in the water mixed with zaitun oil. After the treatment, wear socks. The next day you will find your feet finger is more moistured.  Remember, pedicure is important to do, especially for those who always put on shoes or sandal which is open on the front part.
