Nail Manicure

If you are a woman concern on beauty, you may think that to treat your nails is also as important as treating other parts of your body. Nails treatment which is usually called manicure, can be done in a salon or if you want to spare your time, and do it yourself, you do not need to go to salon.

Before starting doing manicure, you should firstly prepare these things :

1. Nail polish remover

2.  Cotton

3. Nail file

4. Nail cutter

5. Transparent nail polish

6. Etc

Start treatment by cleaning nails firstly, either from dirt or previous nail polish. How? Use wet cotton using liquid for cleaning nail color. Rub the nail surfaces using the cotton, then wash your hands with warm water and soap. You may add a little salt which functioned as antiseptic.

After that, you now can form your nails using nail file. How? By moving the nail file from one end to another. The movement should be one way, or otherwise nails are easily broken. Besides that, avoid filing nails too deep as to avoid nails from infection.

The next step after forming your nails, put your fingers into a bowl that fill in with warm water and a little olive oil which essential to smoothen your fingers. Keep stay until your fingers a bit wrinkle. Then, dry them with towel.

If you do not want to color your nails, just use nail polish or use transparent nail polish.

To avoid having change nail color, use vitamin E especially for nails before using nails color. Moreover, to have the liquid easily stuck to your nails, clean them from oil and dirt by filing the nail surfaces firstly. After that, dry them using towel. Easy and simple, right?

This treatment can be done twice a month. If you are diligent  enough to do it, you will have beautiful and healthy nails. By doing nails treatment at home, the cleanness and comfort  you got it, don’t you?

TIPS:

• Ideal nail form depends on your finger form. If your nails belong to the small/slim ones? Then, oval is the best form. On the other hand, if your finger is short and fat, checked form is better and a bit oval at the end.
