Long Nails

One of  female beauty is having beautiful nails.

To have beautiful nails, one should take care of her nails. Most of the time we use hands for doing things. We need to know manicure treatment.

A manicure treatment is the the treating of either nails or hands or even both. When you go to a beauty saloon for having manicure treatment,  the services consist of :

• Filing the nails
• Shaping
• Applying polish which includes, base coat, nails polish and top coat.

Here are  TIPS to have beautiful nails.

1. Filing your nails in only one direction, otherwise your nails may split.

2.Choose  very fine-textured emery boards.

3. Use something for nails, base coat at least, for bare nails are very easy  to damage just as walking in bare foot,  one may have injury foot.

4. Use good quality non frosted  nail polish, they keep your nails healthy .

5. It is suggested to use  a non-acetone nail polish remover that contains moisturizers.

6. Wear rubber  gloves to protect your hands and nails when doing house works.  Good looking nails are for looking, not for working.

7. Apply good hand lotion at least twice a day.  The more often you apply lotion on your hands the better. Lotion makes your hands smooth.

8. Trim if your  nails are healthy,  and you can do it  once a month. Never trim if they are not healthy, discoloured, or they are brittle.

9. Becareful when trimming your nails. Stop trimming before the nail cartilage meets the skin.
