The normal situation where your hair will fall down is 100 hairs per days. The hair lifespan is 4, 5 years after that the hair will die and will be replaced by the new one. If your scalp and the metabolism are not in appropriate condition that enable the regeneration of the hair is disturbed. The abnormal condition of the hair fall will caused you bald.
There are many kinds of reason that caused the hair fall such as the natural condition and unnatural condition. The natural reason is that hair will fall after certain period of time. After the age of 30 the amount of the hair which falls is increasing.
The unnatural reason is the wrong treatments such as the sun heat and the chemical use of the hair styling. The chemical substances or ultraviolet will causes hair lost its nutrients. Some people also believe that stress can caused the hair loss.
It is true that stress can cause the hair loss. Stress hair loss is caused by the unbalancing of metabolism that cause the transferring of nutrients becomes less or it can be stopped. Stress hair loss can be caused by the hair’s stress or the stress of the psychology from the owner. Hair is able to have stress because of the wrong treatments or binding the hair too tides.
Stress hair loss is connected with the excessive physical or emotional stress. The excessive physical are the condition where your body is lack of nutrients whether the condition of injury, illness or surgeon. Blood cancer will cause the hair fall either since the white blood attack the hair follicles.
The change of the hormone also effects the growth of the hair. Pregnancy, childbirth, nervous habits and chemotherapy are able to make the hair fall.
The psychology of the owner will affect the hair. Stress will disturb the moving of the blood that brings the hair food to grow and to strengthen the root of the hair. Stress hair loss can be prevents by letting you erase the stress.
Erasing your stress is quite easy if you try to do so. Stress can be avoided by taking the break time between the daily and regular activity and rearrange the schedule. Daily treatments, consuming green vegetables and mineral water will help your body providing enough nutrients and balanced metabolism for your hair. Caring your body is revamping your inner and appearance beauty.
