You may have watched or at least heard about this cartoon film ‘The Beauty And The Beast”. It is a tale about a very beautiful lady who lived happily with an ugly prince. The ugly prince got the auwful face for being damned. However, because of the true love and kindhearted of the beautiful lady to the ugly prince, unexpectedly he turned to a handsome prince. Her willingness to lived together with with him could be a power to break the damn.

We know that it is not a true story, only a fictive, of course. That kind of thing will never come true in our life.  ‘Beauty and the beast ‘ can be meant ‘a beautiful one and the ugly one’. Comparison between someone beautiful, who takes care of her appearance and someone who do not.

Every woman dreams to be a beautiful person, of course. Having beautiful, clean and soft skin, beautiful face with proportional nose, lips, healthy and beautiful eyes, and look and feel good body, et cetra and so forth. Everyone may define beautiful differently.  For sure, to be beautiful, one should take care of herself.  The truth is it really does matter what you put into your body and how much you move it.

Apart from heredity and genetic make-up-the things that determine bone structure and height-the shape of your body depends on food and exercise; and the texture is the results of your everyday environment and your own treatment of your skin. Combine a sensible diet with reasonable exercise and regular body-care, and your body will look and feel good.

Below are simple tips to take care your beauty:

Always keep your whole body starting from top to the bottom, to your feet, clean. Regularly takes bath. Scrub your body at least once a week using certain product sold in the market. Apply suitable lotion for your skin to keep it moisture and skin elasticity.

Keep proportional weight. Take healthy and nutritious food in good portion. Eat before hungry and stop eating before feeling full. Take exercise regularly. The principle is that outgoing energy should be in balance with food you eat. That way, your body is away from hidden fat can spoil your body shape.

If necessary, you need to consume vitamin that can can keep your skin healthy, such as vitamin C and E.
